What Easy2Fly stores and what it sends

Easy2Fly keeps your profile, your trips and your settings on your device. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. In the mobile apps, the one optional feature that goes online is the flight-number lookup. Effective October 10, 2026.

What Easy2Fly stores, and where

Easy2Fly saves four things: your profile (usual bedtime, sleep length, early bird or night owl, and your caffeine, melatonin and nap choices), your trips (airports, flight numbers and times), your settings (theme, clock format, language and reminders), and the steps you ticked off. It saves them on your device, in the place your platform provides:

  • Web app. Your browser’s localStorage for easy2fly.app. If your browser blocks storage, Easy2Fly keeps the data in memory, and it disappears when you close the page.
  • iPhone and Android. The app’s own preferences store on the device.
  • Mac. A file in ~/Library/Application Support/Easy2Fly.

What Easy2Fly does not have

  • Accounts, sign-ins or profiles on a server.
  • Analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking.
  • Advertising, or advertising identifiers.
  • Third-party code, fonts, images or embeds.
  • Access to your location, microphone, camera or contacts.

The one network call

Easy2Fly has one optional feature that goes online: looking up a flight number. The request names the flight code, such as BA283, and nothing about you or your trip. Your travel date, your profile and your trips stay on the device, and the app matches the date itself.

Skip the lookup and enter your airports and times by hand. The rest of the app works in airplane mode.

iPhone, Android and Mac. The app asks the public schedule page at flightradar24.com for that flight, straight from your device. That site sees the flight code, your device’s IP address and the app’s user agent, like any website you visit, and its own privacy policy governs what it does with them. We receive nothing.

Web app. The web app has no lookup. Once it has loaded, it makes no network requests, so you enter your airports and times by hand.

Reminders and calendar files

Reminders are notifications that your device schedules and shows itself. No server or push service takes part. Easy2Fly asks for permission only when you switch reminders on.

A calendar export is a file that Easy2Fly creates on your device, and you choose where it goes. Easy2Fly uploads nothing. Once the file sits in a calendar app, that app’s own privacy terms apply.

This website

easy2fly.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, images or embeds, so your browser contacts easy2fly.app and nothing else. The live demo on the home page is the same app, served from easy2fly.app, and it saves nothing.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages, and it keeps its own security and operational logs under its privacy policy. The code that serves easy2fly.app keeps no logs of its own.

Children

Easy2Fly is for adults aged 18 and over. We keep no data about anyone, so we hold nothing about children.

Deleting your data

Open You, choose Your data, then Delete everything. On the web you can also clear the site data for easy2fly.app in your browser settings. On iPhone and Android, removing the app deletes its data. On Mac, deleting the app leaves the file in ~/Library/Application Support/Easy2Fly behind; delete that folder too.

A backup of your device may still hold a copy, under the privacy terms of whoever makes the backup. Files you exported, such as a calendar file, stay where you saved them. Easy2Fly keeps no copy on our side, so there is nothing for us to delete.
